Imagine more than forty of the world’s most acclaimed and celebrated chefs, vintners, and mixologists gathered under one roof, all with a shared raison d’être to serve you their best dishes and libations.  Now, stop imagining it because this summer—following The World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards 2024, on June 05—the idea will be brought to life in the form of Revelry, a four-day epicurean extravaganza featuring once-in-a-lifetime culinary and mixological experiences; all presented by and at Wynn Las Vegas from Wednesday, June 05 through Saturday, June 08.

Four days packed with food, folks, and fun (think: pop-up tastings, kitchen collabs, and multi-course dinners; all enhanced by live performances from acclaimed musicians, artists, and DJs), Revelry is gonna transcend whatever you think a food festival might entail.  And it all culminates with Revelry’s signature event, The Feast, on Saturday, June 08.

Reimagining the de rigueur grand-tasting in the elevated way that Wynn Las Vegas does everything it endeavors to do, The Feast will be an immersive, multi-sensory adventure comprised of four distinct culinary journeys.  There, guests will be able to savor the fanciful foodie delights featured in The Casbah Marketplace, the Road to Tulum, Shibuya Crossing, and at the Four Sixes Ranch Country Cookout; each flowing with luxe libations created by Mariena Mercer Boarini (Master Mixologist North America, Wynn Resorts) and Ash Miyasaki (Lead Bartender, The Let’s Go! Disco & Cocktail Club), as well as a carefully curated array of wines and craft beers.

So, what can you expect to tantalize your tastebuds in each of the four areas I mentioned above?  I’m so glad you asked…

The Casbah Marketplace: Find your way through bustling, narrow paths lined with street performers, musicians, and food.  The scent of exotic spices lingers in the air, and for a moment, you may think you are lost in the enticing souks of Morocco.  Sample salatim from Alon Shaya (Safta 1964 at Wynn Las Vegas), as well as modern Mediterranean dishes from Laura and Sayat Ozyilmaz (Dalida, San Francisco) and Stephanie Sandfrey and Jose Ayala (Zaytinya by José Andras, Las Vegas and New York) are followed by rich Turkish coffee and freshly baked Mediterranean-inspired pastries from Jennifer Yee (Executive Pastry Chef, Wynn Las Vegas).

Road to Tulum:
Immerse yourself in a celebration of the only Mayan city on Mexico’s azure-blue Caribbean coastline.  Watch as artisans make tortillas from fresh heirloom corn while Sarah Thompson (Casa Playa at Wynn Las Vegas) prepares alluring, coastal dishes alongside Esdras Ochoa (Mexicali Taco & Co., Los Angeles), declared 'the taco missionary" by the Los Angeles Times; and Mariena Mercer Boarini (Master Mixologist North America, Wynn Resorts) crafts imaginative, agave-inspired
cocktails that will transport you to an exotic beach with every sip.

Shibuya Crossing: Let your senses guide you through the frenetic pace of Tokyo’s famed Shibuya district.  Discover tantalizing Japanese street food, taste inventive sushi and sashimi preparations, and savor precisely crafted bites prepared by Jeff Ramsey (Mizumi at Wynn Las Vegas) and Liwei Liao, renowned as the “dry-aged fish king of Los Angeles.”  Stroll further and encounter delectable yakitori prepared by Yakitoriguy, recently declared “L.A.'s yakitori evangelist” by the Los Angeles Times.  Revelers toast with Japanese craft brews, sakes, and cocktails and end on a sweet note with desserts created by Erika Chan (The Catbird Seat, Nashville).

Four Sixes Ranch Country Cookout: Consider yourself an honorary member of the ranch clan when Christopher Lee (Vice President of Culinary Operations and Restaurant Development, Wynn Las Vegas) partners with Michelle and Andrew Muñoz (Moo’s Craft Barbeque, Los Angeles) to capture the carousing spirit and smoky flavors of an authentic cowboy cookout.  Sample prime cuts from Yellowstone producer Taylor Sheridan’s Four Sixes Ranch as they come off the woodburning rotisserie or barbecued specialties from the outdoor smoker.  Heather Wong (Flowering Cake Shop, Los Angeles) adds the perfect sweet note with cookout-friendly hand-held desserts.  Artisan brews, great wines, and legendary spirits complement the experience.

Eat.  Drink.  Play.  I mean, it says so right in the Revelry logo, and who am I to argue with such simple-to-follow, monosyllabic instructions?
