In a fun gesture toward the Valentine’s Day Weekend, RHUMBAR (the swanky lounge at The Mirage with the breezy Caribbean vibe and lush outdoor patio) is inviting guests to partake of two-for-one S’mooches and S’mores cocktails from Friday the 12th through Sunday the 14th of February.
The brainchild of RHUMBAR’s master mixologist, Kristen Schaefer, the S’mooches and S’mores cocktail is a cayenne pepper-infused hot chocolate with shots of vanilla schnapps and rum, topped with graham crackers and marshmallows (see recipe, below).
Taking things even further down the road to romance, through the end of February, you and your significant other can sip your S’mooches and S’mores cocktails while cozying-up under a customized RHUMBAR-embroidered Snuggie®. For $35, what s’more could you want?
S’mooches and S’mores Cocktail
4 bar spoons of cayenne pepper-infused hot chocolate mix (see recipe, below) 1 oz. Dekuyper Vanilla Schnapps 1 oz. Appleton Rum 3 oz. hot water Garnish: marshmallow, graham cracker triangle, hot fudge

Cayenne Pepper-Infused Hot Chocolate Mix
1 lb. of powdered hot cocoa mix 2 tsp. of cayenne red pepper
Combine all ingredients in a glass coffee mug and mix well. Cover surface with marshmallows and brûlée until toasted. Top with graham crackers and drizzle with hot fudge.
