THIS JUST IN at the ShulmanSays news-center: Nove Italiano – the swanky Italian steakhouse atop the Fantasy Tower at Palms Casino Resort – is now offering a new Happy Hour menu.

Every Thursday evening, from 6 - 8pm, in the restaurant’s bar and lounge, you and yours can partake of $7 small plates and specially priced cocktails and wines.  Nice…

Dig into a particularly generous array of the tasty Italian creations that have made Executive Chef Geno Bernardo such a Valley favorite.

Tuscan Panzanella Salad

There’s the Tuscan Panzanella Salad (a cool and crunchy mix of tomatoes, onions, croutons, and watermelon), the Federal Hill Calamari (with banana peppers and lemon), the Bucatini Carbonara (tossed with farm egg, parmesan cheese, and cracked black pepper), and the fantabulous Prosciutto di Parma Sliders (with fontina cheese, basil pesto, and a side of skinny fries).  Molto deliziosa!

Federal Hill Calamari

While slunk-down into one of the cozy throne-like chairs, dive into the extensive wine list (with many options available, by the glass); or try-out one of Nove’s signature cocktails, such as the posh Pomagranita (combining Ketel One Oranje, POM, Pama Liqueur, and simple syrup), or the Mango Italiano (a zesty mixture of Tuaca, sweet mango puree, fresh basil, fresh lime, and Prosecco). 

Sounds like a terrific way to fill-up on tasty victuals and get your drink on, without having to shell-out any major coinage!
