This Saturday, September 17th, at 6:30 p.m., a delicious collaboration will be taking place, at Bellagio – and you’re invited! 

Utilizing the Tuscany Kitchen, Bellagio’s high-tech exhibition cooking studio, the latest installation of the luxe property’s Epicurean Epicenter Series will partner Jean-George Vongerichten’s Prime Steakhouse with Husic Vineyards for a four-course menu by Prime’s Executive Chef Sean Griffin and a pairing of handcrafted Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon especially chosen by Frank Husic and Bellagio Director of Wine, Jason Smith

The evening’s menu will include the following:

Butter-poached King Crab with Celery Root-Apple Salad and Truffle Brioche Toast, paired with Husic Chardonay, Napa Valley 2009 

Liberty Farms Duck Breast with Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, Pistachios, and Butternut Squash Mustard, paired with Palm Terrace Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 2008

Peppercorn New York Steak with a Bone Marrow Fritter, King Oyster Mushrooms, and Cipollini Onion Emulsion, paired with Husic Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 2006 and 2007

 A Study in Gouda with Marcona Almond and Raisin Jam, paired with Husic Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 2005
