The first three nights in December are certain to tickle the fancies of fine dining foodies, when MGM Resorts hosts a trio of chef-hosted dinners at PRIME Steakhouse at Bellagio (Thursday, December 01) and Jean Georges Steakhouse at ARIA (Friday, December 02) by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten; and at BARDOT Brasserie at ARIA (Saturday, December 03) by Chef Michael Mina.
These experiential dinners at both chefs’ acclaimed, award-winning signature restaurants will feature highly curated, seasonally-focused menus, that have been expertly paired with wines and spirits from some of the world’s most coveted producers, and will be enjoyed by guests in these restaurants’ beautifully appointed dining rooms.

Thursday, December 01: PRIME STEAKHOUSE at Bellagio
Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, in partnership with Hundred Acre Winery, will host a grand dinner on Thursday, December 01 at PRIME Steakhouse overlooking the famed Fountains of Bellagio. The evening’s menu will highlight seasonal ingredients elegantly prepared by the world-renowned chef, along with specially-curated, rare wine selections from Hundred Acre Winery, known for delivering opulent wines which consistently score high with wine critics and major industry publications, alike.
