Run, Baby; Run!

If you’re gonna be in New York on Sunday, November 7th, and you have nothing penciled-in on your agenda, why not run in the ING New York Marathon?  It’s a great way to burn-off some of those leftover Election Day pounds, and you can raise money for a fabulous cause.

Now, you’re probably reading this, thinking “Raise money?  Fabulous cause?  Tell me more!” 

Okay.  Since you asked, here’s the buzz.  There are a few spots left on Team Free Arts, and the deadline for registration is this Friday. 

All monies raised will go directly to the amazing arts and mentoring programs that Free Arts NYC provides to help low-income, homeless, abused and neglected children re-imagine their worlds and transform their lives through the creative arts.

So sign-up, and run (it’s nothing - just a hair over 26 miles).  In addition to performing one heckuva mitzvah, you’ll be entered to win some amazing prizes and receive a T-shirt designed by street artist Aiko and DKNY, exclusively for members of Team Free Arts!
