There’s one last tale I’d like to tell about the wedding of Sasha and Chad.  Not even a tale, so much as a funny happening.  I was outside, cavorting in the garden with some of the other guests, when – over the p.a. – we heard the lead singer invite Chad to join them onstage.  What followed was (a) a surge of people rushing the stage to see what was going on, and (b) a bravura performance by the groom of “Blister in the Sun” by the Violent Femmes.  Chad – you rocked it!
